  • We’re thrilled to have Fab’s Cowboy “the Phar Lap of the Bush” at Living Legends. From the moment he arrived, his relaxed and inquisitive nature was evident as he eagerly explored his new home and interacted with everyone around him. We affectionately call him “George,” a nickname given by his trainer, Bevan Johnson. This reference pays homage to the former champion boxer George Foreman, as George has a signature back leg stomp reminiscent of a powerful punch! George’s racing career is nothing short of legendary. With an incredible 54 wins under his belt, he proudly holds the title of the winningest racehorse in Australia. His remarkable talent and fierce competitive spirit have left an indelible mark on the racing world, making him a true icon of the sport. What sets him apart here is that he now holds the record for the most race wins on our farm, surpassing our previous record holder, Bernie. His friendly personality and unique charm make him a standout member of our team. We’re excited to have this remarkable horse with us, where he continues to spread joy and serves as a shining example of both racing excellence and personal warmth.
